REGISTRATION GUIDE

Step-by-Step Guide to Register as a Username Sacco Member

Please have the following documents in softcopy:

  • One recent coloured passport photograph
  • Copy of your National ID or Valid Kenyan Passport or Alien ID
  • Copy of your KRA PIN certificate

Nominee (Next of Kin) Information Required:

  • Full Name
  • ID/Passport Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Relationship to you
  • Their Phone Number

The Registration Process

    Prepare Your Documents:
    Ensure your passport photo, ID, and KRA PIN documents are scanned or clearly photographed using your phone. Save them in a folder on your phone for easy uploading.

    Open the registration link:
    Register Now
  3. 3
    Fill in the Online Form:
    Enter your personal details such as Full Name, ID Number / Passport, Mobile Number, Email Address, Date of Birth, KRA PIN, and Postal Address (if required).

    Upload Documents:
    Tap on the upload fields to select and upload: Passport photo, National ID/Passport, KRA PIN (if required).

    Provide Nominee Details:
    Enter the following for your next of kin: Full Name, ID or Passport Number, Date of Birth, Relationship, Phone Number. If you have less than five nominees, delete the extra nominee fields using the X button on the far-right side.

    Review & Submit:
    Double-check all information and tap Submit to send your application.
  7. 7
    Payment:
    Make registration payment of KSH 1,000/= to MPESA Paybill 5551332, Account number is your National ID Number or Sacco Member Number. Share payment proof to +254 725 000 680.

    Confirmation:
    Once you share the payment proof, our Sacco office will reach out for further guidance.
